Technical Documentation Editor (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities 

  • Content Review and Editing: you create, review and manage technical documentation such as operating and maintenance instructions for our systems and machines
  • Technical Accuracy: You will ensure adherence to the applicable international standards, guidelines and safety requirements
  • Collaboration : you work closely with our engineers, experts and product managers to gather information and feedback
  • Document Organization : you ensure that the documents are clear and user-friendly, meeting the needs of various audiences including end-users, developers, and other stakeholders
  • Graphics and Layout: You create and incorporate visual elements such as diagrams, tables, screenshots, images and pictures

Your profile

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Engineering or a related field
  • Professional experience of 3 years in a manufacturing environment as a technical writer or in the field of technical communication. Career changers (m/f) with technical and linguistic affinity are also welcome.
  • Good experience with word-processing-programs, graphic-programs and 3D application tools (3D CAD data)
  • Excellent knowledge of German and English, French would be an asset
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
